Skincare Routines
Three simple steps are the foundation of healthy, glowing skin. Here's how to build a routine that works for you — and keeps working long after you leave the clinic.
A clean canvas, every day.
Cleansing removes make-up, excess oil, pollution and the day's build-up so your skin can breathe and your other products can actually work. Choose a cleanser suited to your skin type, use lukewarm water, and cleanse morning and night. Double cleansing in the evening is ideal if you wear make-up or SPF.
Target what your skin needs.
This is where your routine becomes personal. Serums, exfoliants, masques and moisturisers address your specific concerns — whether that's congestion, pigmentation, dehydration, fine lines or sensitivity. Introduce new products one at a time and give each a few weeks to show results.
Your most important step.
Daily SPF is the single most effective way to protect your skin's health and keep it looking youthful. UV light is one of the biggest drivers of premature ageing and pigmentation, and it reaches your skin even on cloudy days. Make SPF the last step of every morning routine, all year round.
Getting Started
The best routine begins with understanding your skin type and what it needs right now. Skin changes with seasons, stress, hormones and age, so your routine should too.
A great routine doesn't need ten steps. Begin with a cleanser, a moisturiser and SPF, then layer in treatment products once those basics feel comfortable.
Healthy skin is built over weeks and months, not overnight. Using the right products regularly will always beat occasionally using lots of them.
Regular professional treatments and a prescribed homecare plan work hand in hand — your clinic visits do the heavy lifting while your daily routine maintains the results.

Professional Homecare
The wrong products are one of the biggest reasons skincare doesn't work. After your Face Mapping® consultation, we recommend Dermalogica homecare matched to what your skin actually needs, such as the UltraCalming™ range for sensitive, reactive skin.
No guesswork, no trends, just a routine that supports your treatments.
What To Expect
Your skin renews itself roughly every 4–6 weeks, so the most visible, lasting results come from a consistent plan rather than a one-off treatment. You may notice a glow sooner, but real transformation builds over a few cycles. We'll agree a realistic timeline with you at your consultation and check in on your progress along the way.
